📋 Description

• Develop and execute annual district and individual dealer strategies to optimize sales performance and market share • Communicate customer and dealer needs to appropriate company departments • Drive product sales, branding, and market penetration • Respond to order and retail requests • Identify and address territory challenges with innovative solutions • Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers • Analyze sales data and dealer action plans and guide strategic adjustments • Foster implementation of dealer Action Plan items • Communicate the value proposition of company financial offerings • Design and deliver dealer training programs and promotions • Partner with the Regional Sales Director and Dealer Recruitment Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop new dealers • Organize district sales training schools covering new products and competitive positioning • Coach and support new and existing sales specialists • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customer messaging and materials • Travel approximately 75%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred; equivalent experience accepted • 5–7 years of progressive sales experience • At least 2 years of business-to-business sales and marketing experience • Proven track record of managing and expanding sales territories • Ability to think critically and make sound business decisions • Focus on achieving targets and objectives • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and strategies • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal functions, field service teams, and financial counterparts • Advanced verbal communication skills for sales meetings, presentations, and dealer negotiations • Ability to write comprehensive sales proposals, contracts, and business plans • Ability to communicate complex sales strategies and market insights to internal and external stakeholders • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members on communication skills • Ability to collaborate with marketing and product teams on messaging and materials • Valid driver’s license with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record • Approximately 75% travel required
