📋 Description

• Assist in supporting and executing HR initiatives across the organization • Collaborate with HR leadership and cross functional teams to contribute to organizational development and a positive work culture • Support the creation and implementation of HR strategies and processes • Manage and coordinate recruitment cycles (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling) • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires • Assist with training and development program planning • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures • Help with employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives • Participate in HR analytics tasks such as tracking recruitment metrics and employee feedback • Ensure compliance with internal HR guidelines and relevant labor regulations • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth HR operations • Provide general HR administrative support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy management • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to coordinate onboarding, training programs, and engagement activities • Proficiency in HR management tools (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and general office software • Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards (a plus) • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration related field preferred
