📋 Description

• Build and configure bonus offers, ensuring accurate setup and alignment with promotion rules • Test offers before launch to verify eligibility, rewards, player messaging, and overall functionality • Identify and troubleshoot offer issues, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions • Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to align audiences, messaging, terms, timing, and offer requirements before launch • Monitor live promotions and help resolve issues to minimize player impact • Support improvements to offer setup, testing, and monitoring through automation, AI tools, and process updates

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in loyalty operations, promotions, quality assurance, or a similar field • Experience working with promotional offers or rules-based systems, with the ability to follow requirements accurately • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues and ensure accuracy • Experience using data, reports, and operational tools to monitor performance • Familiarity with SQL, Sigma, or Tableau is a plus • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities • Interest in using AI tools and technology to improve processes and operational efficiency • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
