• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend en Python de alto rendimiento y escalabilidad. • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, QA y producto para asegurar entregas de calidad. • Participar en decisiones de arquitectura y definir buenas prácticas técnicas. • Implementar y mantener pipelines de integración y entrega continua (CI/CD). • Realizar pruebas automatizadas y contribuir a la cobertura del código. • Apoyar en procesos de migración de sistemas y refactorización de código legado. • Documentar procesos técnicos, flujos de datos y decisiones de arquitectura. • Comunicarte eficazmente en inglés con equipos globales y multiculturales. • Zona de trabajo: Remoto. • Idioma: Inglés avanzado conversational (interactúa de manera efectiva con equipos internacionales).
• 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software con Python. • Conocimiento en migraciones. • Práctica con testing automatizado y flujos de CI/CD. • Dominio de bases de datos y tecnologías en la nube (AWS). • Conocimiento de herramientas como Kubernetes, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB. • Capacidad para diseñar componentes resilientes en sistemas distribuidos. • Experiencia en entornos multiculturales y equipos globales. • Deseable: Experiencia previa en entidades financieras, bancarias o Fintech.
