📋 Description

• Develop and execute channel strategies for Amazon and TikTok Shop to grow sales, market share, awareness, and profitability • Define each marketplace’s role in the broader omnichannel strategy and align channel goals with business objectives • Own channel P&L, forecasting, and annual planning • Manage day-to-day marketplace performance, including listings, catalogs, and pricing • Support inventory health and fulfillment with the Fulfillment & Distribution team • Lead promotional and offer strategy, including platform deal events • Direct assortment, bundles, and variants by channel • Oversee content and listing quality, including titles, imagery, enhanced content, video, reviews, and ratings • Maintain account health, compliance, listing integrity, MAP and pricing governance, and unauthorized seller monitoring • Manage relationships with Amazon and TikTok Shop account teams, agencies, and third-party providers • Monitor platform changes, programs, beta features, and policy updates • Negotiate terms and manage partnerships • Track GMV, conversion, share of search, buy box ownership, contribution margin, inventory turns, and account health • Monitor competitive and category trends and adjust strategy • Prepare and present performance reports to executive leadership • Own Amazon Ads and TikTok Shop ads strategy, including budgets, targeting, and bidding • Set growth and profitability goals such as TACoS and contribution margin • Identify marketplace growth opportunities and lead pilots and test-and-learn initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience running Amazon and social commerce, with a proven record of driving significant Amazon revenue growth • Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, scaling growth on the marketplace • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude • Desire to follow broader cultural conversation across social media around health and wellness, sports, etc. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills • Must have Amazon experience • DTC experience strongly preferred • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies
