📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of engineering and go-to-market roles across targeted European markets end to end • Open roles, build pipelines, run recruiting processes, and close offers • Source candidates directly through LinkedIn, referrals, AI tools, and other channels • Conduct screening calls and provide clear written pass-or-fail recommendations • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring bars, calibrate requirements, obtain feedback, and challenge ineffective processes • Brief and manage agency partners and maintain hiring standards • Run and automate scheduling, trial days, logistics, candidate communications, and follow-ups using Ashby, AI, and recruiting agents • Ensure candidates receive prompt and clear decisions • Work with founders, hiring managers, and the talent lead

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in recruiting, in-house at a startup or scale-up or at a tech-focused agency, with full-cycle ownership • Demonstrated ability to build pipelines from zero for hard roles, not just process inbound candidates • Experience hiring engineers • Comfort hiring commercial roles such as AEs, partner managers, or consultants • Experience hiring across European markets • Technical literacy: ability to read a GitHub profile, understand a stack, and hold a credible first conversation with an engineer • Ability to make and stand behind pass-or-fail screening decisions • Strong organization and pipeline management • Direct, candid communication with candidates and hiring managers • Current use of AI tools in day-to-day recruiting work • German or another European language (nice to have) • Experience hiring in AI or B2B SaaS (nice to have) • Experience building recruiting automations such as Ashby automations, Zapier workflows, or agents (nice to have)
