• Manage national customers and sales partners • Advise construction sites, building contractors and tendering authorities • Negotiate quotations and orders • Coordinate with the technical department to define product-specific customer requirements • Work closely with internal sales • Develop and take responsibility for the sales budget • Perform analyses and reporting on product and customer sales statistics • Contribute to the development and optimization of the existing sales strategy • Represent the company at trade shows
• Technical qualification (engineer, civil technician, master craftsman) and experience in a commercial field • Proven professional experience in sales, preferably in field sales • Strong customer and service orientation and technical understanding for sales, quotation preparation and costing • Knowledge of selling techniques (value selling / consultative selling) • Knowledge of DYWIDAG products desirable • Structured, independent, solution-oriented work style • MS Office and ERP knowledge, experience with CRM tools • Very good German language skills, additional languages advantageous • Communication and negotiation skills and confident appearance • Strategic and customer-focused approach • Holistic business thinking
