• Lead patient screening sessions at hospital and clinical sites by providing expert-level technical and clinical support, working closely with sonographers and imaging teams to ensure protocol adherence and high-quality imaging. • Prepare and review timely detailed clinical reports for internal stakeholders and physician customers. • Train internal field teams (sales, clinical specialists, etc.), physicians, echo-sonographers, and HCPs on imaging protocols, screening workflows, per best practices. • Assess and provide feedback to internal field team members on their performance during internal field team training and in-field patient screening sessions to ensure clinical accuracy, protocol adherence, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, R&D) to continuously improve tools, protocols, and training materials based on field feedback. • Travel frequently across the U.S. (up to 80%) to support screenings, trainings, and customer implementations, with occasional international travel as the company expands globally. • Other duties as assigned.
• Educated to bachelor’s degree level • Credentialed echo sonographer with at least 2 years experience in a clinic or hospital setting (e.g., RDCS, RCS, or equivalent) • Hands-on experience with cardiac CT interpretation or measurement, preferred • Background in the medical device industry, preferably in a clinical applications or field-based role, preferred • Education and training experience • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where priorities can shift quickly • Proven track record of maintaining composure and delivering results in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in common imaging software, DICOM viewers, and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, cloud collaboration platforms)
