📋 Description

• Lead role-intake and recruiting-strategy kickoffs with hiring managers • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, and other channels • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, competencies, and organizational fit • Manage the end-to-end interview process, including communication, scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief facilitation • Identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks, follow up on feedback, and maintain clear next steps • Advise hiring teams with market insights, candidate feedback, pipeline updates, and recommendations • Manage the full offer process, including approvals, verbal and written offers, negotiation, and transition through start date • Deliver a responsive and professional candidate experience • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Track recruiting activity and requisition progress and share status updates • Achieve Time to Fill targets, build strong talent pipelines, demonstrate ECI values, and create confidence with hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable success as a full-cycle recruiter managing all stages of the recruiting process independently • Experience recruiting for Corporate and GTM roles, including some combination of Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or other G&A functions • Demonstrable experience leveraging AI tools within recruiting workflows • Strong sourcing capability, including identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer-negotiation skills • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills • Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and urgency • Commitment to an outstanding candidate and hiring-manager experience • Experience using an applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, professional services, or B2B environment
