📋 Description

• Operate as a consultant property solicitor within Eden Conveyancing’s conveyancing practice • Take complete ownership of residential sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity matters from beginning to end • Build and manage your own caseload • Deliver a high-quality client experience • Use Eden’s in-house case management system and MyEden tools to manage cases efficiently • Set legal fees for clients brought to Eden • Collaborate with sales, digital marketing, finance, administration, compliance, case cover and technical legal support teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ post-qualified experience • Qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive • Passion for client service and ability to deliver a recommendable client experience • Drive to build your own caseload • Experience and competency handling sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity from beginning to end • Experience with freehold and leasehold property transactions • Strong affinity for digital technology and working smarter
