• Manage and supervise day-to-day registration operations for specified projects • Administer project budgets for Registration-only projects within client parameters • Lead the registration group and serve as the main point of contact for attendees, clients, hotels, vendors, and internal team managers • Manage call center and registration staff per project • Plan, develop, and execute registration program operations for mid-size to large events with approximately 500–5,000+ attendees • Manage pre-program and on-site registration processes • Manage data, reporting, budgets, hours, billing reconciliation, and registration database integrity • Assign and oversee registration team roles and responsibilities • Create reports primarily using Microsoft Office • Manage vendor relationships involving lead retrieval and mobile apps • Approve and oversee registration collateral onsite • Evaluate program progress and recommend staffing or timeline adjustments • Train onsite registration desk staff and internal teams on databases, registration procedures, and customized systems • Manage onsite registration desk staff and participate in site inspections and onsite program production as needed • Support registration websites, forms, and materials with Operations, Air, and Web Development/Platform teams • Disseminate client communications effectively to project teams and attendees • Manage room blocks and coordinate with hotels, vendors, IS, and Office Management • Coordinate onsite equipment needs and perform onsite IS functions as needed • Conduct internal weekly registration meetings and report program registration status • Assist with coordinating and monitoring mailings • Support the Registration Trainer with specialized training
• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 4–6 years of Registration event/program management experience • Experience with database systems • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to work Monday–Friday with core availability aligned to Pacific Time (PST) • Flexibility to meet client and business needs, including occasional fluctuating work hours • Approximately 10%–30% travel • Acute attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Leadership qualities and strategic thinking • Preferred: 2–3 years of customer service experience • Preferred: Knowledge of hospitality operations • Preferred: Knowledge of mobile apps and/or event registration systems • Preferred: Knowledge of registration processes for corporate events • Preferred: Event agency experience
