• Own the strategy and execution of CEA's Opportunities Board • Iterate the board’s framing, UX, and features • Ship improvements to the board • Improve sourcing and curation of high-impact opportunities • Run experiments with clear success criteria • Build the tracking and evaluation needed to understand board performance • Develop and test a marketing plan • Refine the target audience and board’s curation and feature set • Explore larger opportunities like a logged-in experience or AI career advisor
