📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Backend (Python/Django) Build and optimize robust, scalable APIs for our platform. • Design efficient database schemas and manage complex data models. • Ensure API security with modern standards (OAuth, JWT). • Work on AI-native features using OpenAI, Anthropic, 11Labs, and other AI technologies. • Integrate and manage RAG-based AI solutions and vector databases. • Deploy and optimize cloud services and CI/CD pipelines. • Frontend (React/React Native) Build responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind. • Collaborate with product manager and designer to implement intuitive UI/UX. • Cross-Platform Mobile (React Native) Support/maintain a cross-platform mobile application with a focus on performance and usability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of computer science or equivalent. • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python and Django. • Strong experience building and optimizing scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs. • Proficient in designing relational database schemas and managing complex data models (PostgreSQL preferred). • Solid understanding of containerization and deployment workflows using Docker. • Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production environments. • Proficiency in building responsive web UIs using Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks. • Ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional and maintainable frontend code. • Experience integrating APIs and managing frontend state (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
