📋 Description

• Independently acquire new corporate customers for EGYM Wellpass • Manage the entire sales process through to contract signing • Support the activation of customers’ employees through events and communication initiatives • Document sales activities systematically in Salesforce • Contribute optimization proposals and sales innovations • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Visit customers regularly, up to 2–3 days per week • Build a strong sales pipeline of potential corporate customers • Reliably handle inbound leads and conduct targeted outbound outreach • Establish yourself as a trusted point of contact for corporate customers and partners

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience • Initial practical experience in the sports industry or corporate health management, or relevant knowledge gained through a degree program • Ideally, a strong connection to the Mönchengladbach or Aachen region • Structured and self-directed approach to work • Fluent German • Good English skills • Willingness to provide regular on-site customer support up to 2–3 days per week • Complete application documents in PDF format, including a CV, earliest start date, and salary expectations
