📋 Description

• Acquire new customers through telephone outreach and service presentations • Advise customers on moving services and additional offerings • Prepare and follow up on quotes based on customer needs • Maintain and update the customer database • Collaborate with Marketing to increase revenue • Convince prospective customers to accept quotes and sell innovative moving services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the moving services industry • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with people • Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented approach to work • Familiarity with web-based platforms and digital tools • Fluent German, both written and spoken • English or additional languages preferred
