• The Email Marketing Account Coordinator will define and drive the email marketing strategy for eHouse clients, ensuring the optimization and performance of their email programs. • The coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships by leading client meetings, confidently challenging strategies, and identifying opportunities for improvement. • The successful candidate will consistently meet or exceed Klaviyo channel goals, develop advanced deliverability and segmentation techniques, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the email marketing product offering. • The coordinator will also collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, store operations, content, and creative teams.
• 2-5 years of experience in email marketing production and comprehensive campaign management. • 2-5 years of experience working with a digital eCommerce agency. • Strong analytical skills, proficient in A/B testing practices, with the ability to interpret data and implement actionable insights. • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo. • Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. • Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copywriting, and design. • Ability to thoroughly audit a prospective client's strategy from start to finish. • Familiarity with Lean Analytics and Continuous Growth models. • Proven experience in managing multiple project deadlines and client workloads. • Experience in managing medium to large email lists (100k+ subscribers) and driving revenue growth.
