📋 Description

• Lead and promote safe work practices across active construction projects • Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific safety plans • Conduct site safety observations, audits, and risk assessments • Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and one-on-one coaching • Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements • Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions • Analyze safety performance data and identify opportunities for improvement • Build strong relationships with project teams, contractors, and client representatives • Travel nationwide and reside at the project location for the entire duration of the assignment

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years of construction safety management experience • At least 1 year of experience in Electric Transmission & Distribution (ET&D) or high voltage construction safety management • Have, or be willing to obtain, a Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) Certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) • OSHA 30 (Construction) trained • Current training in First Aid, CPR, and AED • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and influence safe behaviors in the field • Ability to work in outdoor construction environments • Ability to travel or relocate as needed • Ability to travel nationwide and reside at the project location for the entire duration of the assignment • Right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future • Subject to client-mandated drug testing and background checks • Compliance with EPC Services Company's auto insurance policies
