📋 Description

• Supporting onboarding: preparing welcome materials, communicating with newcomers, coordinating the first working day • Preparing and publishing internal announcements, surveys, and messages in Slack • Assisting with internal team activities (birthdays, events, and wellbeing initiatives) • Maintaining our HRIS (we use PeopleForce) and keeping the Eleken Handbook in Notion up to date • Supporting trainees within our Internship programs: coordination, communication, and organizational tasks • Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers • Assisting with sourcing candidates for key and hard-to-fill roles • Supporting the recruitment process: interview coordination, candidate communication, follow-ups • Contributing to improving the overall candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in HR/People Operations/HR Generalist roles • Understanding of the whole employee lifecycle • Experience with onboarding and HR operations • Fluent Ukrainian and English at B1+ level • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle conflicts • Experience working in a remote team is a big plus
