📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Geo Expansion and commercial growth programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress against deliverables and KPIs • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or roadblocks • Partner with Product, Operations, Client Success, Finance, Reporting, and Technology teams to ensure seamless alignment across all program objectives • Foster strong collaboration and communication channels between cross-functional teams to maintain clarity on priorities, deliverables, and timelines • Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable workstreams, ensuring all teams understand their roles and interdependencies • Ensure expansion initiatives and new offerings are designed with a deep understanding of evolving client needs, market trends, and business objectives • Partner with clients to define success criteria, desired outcomes, and impact measures for each program or initiative • Lead strategic engagement with clients throughout the program lifecycle — from discovery and design to execution and post-launch evaluation • Maintain flexibility to adjust plans and priorities when unexpected issues arise, ensuring minimal disruption to program outcomes • Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving and accountability, empowering teams to surface and address issues early • Lead and support organizational and client transitions associated with entering new markets, launching services, or expanding product offerings • Identify and institutionalize best practices that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence across the organization • Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports and insights to stakeholders, leadership, and clients on a recurring basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within global expansion, and commercial growth • Proven track record of managing large, complex, cross-functional programs. • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. • Demonstrated success in driving measurable results that impact both client outcomes and business performance. • Collaborative leadership style, fostering alignment across diverse teams. • Client-first orientation with a focus on delivering value. • Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
