📋 Description

• Develop and manage a portfolio of industry conferences, executive gatherings, and local meetups • Define event tiers and identify sponsorship opportunities • Tailor event strategies to audience segments to optimize reach and effectiveness • Own the full event lifecycle from planning and promotion through execution and post-event follow-up • Serve as the primary on-site contact and manage event operations and last-minute challenges • Represent ElevenLabs professionally at events • Collaborate with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams • Track event metrics, gather insights, and optimize future event strategies • Drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, relationship building, and thought leadership for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the tech or AI industry • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Passion for AI and emerging technologies • Proven track record of planning and executing events that drive engagement, build relationships, and generate high-quality leads • Experience managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost efficiency • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities • Willingness to travel as needed • Passion for audio AI and making content universally accessible • Analytical and efficient approach to solving complex challenges • First-principles mindset • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
