Research Lab. Exploring new frontiers of voice generation. We are researching and deploying novel methods in voice AI to make content enjoyable in any language and voice to benefit new audiences and viewers.

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end logistics and delivery for field events and brand activations across EMEA • Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and venue relationships across multiple markets • Support trade show presence including booth builds, sponsorship fulfilment, and on-site execution • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership to align on goals and messaging • Identify and flag gaps - from branding and signage to attendee experience - and solve them proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record running events across multiple European markets (not just the UK) • Comfortable owning both owned events and third-party sponsorships end-to-end • Experienced working in lean, fast-moving environments where you set your own pace • Strong vendor and agency management skills across different geographies • Available to work on a contract basis with flexibility to travel across EMEA as needed
