📋 Description

• Build systems behind ElevenLabs Productions, its managed-services platform for creators and media businesses • Develop platforms that combine human expertise and AI for human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and related productions in 15+ languages • Own a scope in the human data platform, core productions engine, or editor platform • Build task editors, improve reliability, detect misuse, and develop metrics for higher-quality data pipelines • Build and maintain backend services supporting production workflows and lead projects • Build professional editing tools in Rust, combining UI systems with underlying systems knowledge • Build professional tools and core infrastructure rather than consumer features • Define scope and own outcomes with limited hand-holding

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in functional programming languages like Rust, with a full-stack focus on designing UI systems • Experience shipping and running production systems end to end • Experience making systems reliable and scalable, such as internal platforms, workflow or task engines, or data pipelines • Comfortable switching between building new tools or editors and hardening the underlying platform • Willingness to lead projects when opportunities arise • Experience building editor or UI-heavy professional tools with systems-level understanding (bonus) • Experience with data labelling or annotation platforms, or managing crowdsourced workforces (bonus) • Ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT+1 timezones
