📋 Description

• Own the “produce once, distribute everywhere” workflow for ElevenLabs Studio • Take finished Studio projects through the dubbing pipeline to produce multiple languages and aspect ratios • Support auto-translated captions • Define greenfield project specifications through written proposals (RFCs) • Pressure-test data structures with the team lead • Carry the project from first draft through launch • Build backend systems for Studio and the Flows generative graph engine

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend generalist with experience designing and shipping complex, data-heavy systems end to end • Comfortable with enterprise-grade concerns such as usage reporting and accounts • Evidence of product ownership through side projects, open source, or product-facing work • Experience taking projects from inception to launch with little hand-holding • Experience with media or video-processing pipelines is helpful but not required
