📋 Description

• Create high-quality content for clients using personal writing skills and Ellipsis’ AI tooling • Produce varied content including landing pages, informational content, comparison pieces, and listicles • Create content that builds reader trust, captures brand voice, and performs in AI Search (GEO) and legacy search • Manage content for an assigned portfolio of predominantly B2B technology clients • Learn and apply Ellipsis’ AI search research and GEO practices • Use AI effectively while applying human judgment, craft, and creativity • Provide feedback on writing processes and tooling to improve efficiency and quality • Collaborate with the Writing, Content, Strategy, and Design teams • Gather client and internal information through onboarding calls, check-ins, and asynchronous communication • Context-switch across topics, styles, and requirements for different clients • Communicate through Basecamp and Google Meet

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of writing and editing experience • Excellent writing and grammar • Discipline to fact-check every stat, price, and claim against primary sources • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar B2B and SaaS topics and turn them into compelling, user-friendly content • Working understanding of GEO is advantageous • Strong critical thinking and sound editorial judgment • Ability to identify process and system gaps and drive improvements • Proven organisational skills and deadline management • Frequent and clear written communication • Receptiveness to feedback and solutions-oriented approach • High self-awareness and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, proactive work ethic • Ability to regularly attend meetings between 10am–3pm GMT, with occasional calls outside these times
