📋 Description

• Lead the preparation of timely, GAAP/IFRS-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Establish and maintain a rigorous internal control environment to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity • Own the selection, implementation, and optimization of the company’s tech stack, including a Tier-1 ERP migration (e.g., NetSuite, Rillett) and integrated expense management tools • Oversee global tax strategy, including VAT/sales tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and manage corporate tax filings • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring a clean and efficient year-end audit process • Manage day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and global employee expenses • Monitor liquidity, manage banking relationships, and implement automated cash flow tracking • Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team, filling talent gaps as the business scales

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified ACA (or equivalent), ideally at Big 4 • Been responsible for successful scaling of financial controls in a high growth environment • Led transformation projects across reporting tooling and processes (e.g. ERP implementation, BI/MI tool implementation) • Run statutory and tax compliance (incl. audit) for multiple entities, including UK companies • Built and coached a world class finance team • Netsuite (or similar) integration experience • Familiarity with crypto industry
