• Support clients to prepare and submit a variety of family-based and naturalization applications • Conduct in-depth conversations with clients to explain visa application processes • Coordinate with clients to gather detailed supporting information and evidence • Draft family-based and naturalization application forms and letters • Compile immigration application documentation to be sent to government agencies • Collaborate with other team members in the preparation of responses to correspondence issued by government agencies • Log client-related and case-related information into immigration case management system and ensure client records remain accurate

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in the family-based immigration field as an attorney • Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload in an efficient manner consistent with numerous legal deadlines • Ability to collaborate professionally and effectively with team members • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to break down complex legal concepts into language that is easy for clients to understand • Patience to conduct frequent, educational correspondence and/or calls with clients summarizing their application processes and answering their questions • High level of attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and empathy • Pride in delivering highly responsive and proactive client service • Passion for the immigration field and interest in learning more about family-based and naturalization applications
