• ELVTR is a premier online education platform specializing in live courses led by top executives from globally renowned companies. Our unique approach sets us apart in the online education landscape, offering unparalleled value to our students. • We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to drive our B2B initiatives, contacting companies whose employees will benefit from ELVTR's courses and generating additional revenue through this new direction. • This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in South Africa. • We are searching for a Business Development Representative with experience in B2B sales within the USA market, ideally in the EdTech or IT sectors. You will work closely with our lead generation manager and play a crucial role in establishing and growing our B2B sales pipeline. • You embrace challenges and are not afraid to take calculated risks to achieve success. • You are always looking for new ways to improve processes and drive growth. • You anticipate problems and act to prevent them. • You identify what needs to be done and take action. • You understand that building relationships and closing deals takes time and persistence. • You use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve your strategies. • You have a magnetic personality that makes it easy for you to connect with clients. • You can manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks without constant supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• B2B Sales/Bizdev Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building. Deep understanding of the B2B landscape, including sales cycles, business models, and corporate decision-making processes. • Communication and Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency and an outstanding ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders. • Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed. This position requires working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST to align with the North American market.
