đź“‹ Description

• Create, develop, and manage critical reporting suites to drive business growth and efficiency • Produce planned and ad hoc reports from software platforms using SQL Server, Power BI, and PowerApps • Analyse Time and Attendance data to produce comprehensive reporting and identify efficiency improvements • Create relationships between organisational data sources to identify and quantify value • Develop performance reporting covering operational, people, financial, and transactional data • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using SQL, PowerApps, and Power BI • Develop reporting to measure commercial and operational success and quality of service delivery • Support Operational Managers and Heads of Departments with analytical reporting and summaries • Undertake projects providing analytical solutions for business decision-making, continual improvement, and business development • Perform trend analysis and forecasting relating to demand, capacity, systems, process management, and compliance • Validate data quality with colleagues and own data quality practices and procedures • Maintain workflows, processes, data dictionaries, and applications in line with business strategy • Collaborate with colleagues to define requirements and test solutions • Manage internal user relationships and deliver projects accurately and on time • Keep reports and analytics current and aligned with requirements • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, HR, Bidding, Compliance, and other teams • Deliver responsibilities in a cost-effective way

🎯 Requirements

• Power BI experience and/or qualifications essential, including dashboard design, complex DAX calculations, data modelling, dataset relationships, and awareness of new releases • Power Query experience essential, including Power Query M and connecting and transforming datasets • SQL Server experience essential, including database maintenance, queries, procedures, and ETL processes • Experience as a business analyst, data visualisation analyst, BI analyst, or computer/coding-related qualification • Experience with Microsoft Power Suite products, including PowerApps and Power Automate • REST API protocol and API extraction/loading experience desirable • Other coding experience highly desirable, including PowerShell and Python • Conceptual knowledge of data modelling and relational databases • Ability to explain complex data structures and analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Data storytelling and data visualisation ability • Ability to communicate and translate data • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyse, interpret, and apply complex data and information • Experience managing big data sets and relational databases • Excellent observation and analysis skills, with strong attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work within challenging deadlines and independently prioritise workload • Proven track record delivering results in a progressive, dynamic, fast-paced, and complex operational environment • Comfortable handling large data sets from multiple data sources
