📋 Description

• Map the North American digital agency and consultancy ecosystem to identify high-potential partners aligned with Emplifi’s ideal customer profile and market segments. • Define the criteria, structure, and segmentation for our agency program with a focus on growth and scalability. • Proactively identify, engage, and sign new agency partners with strong go-to-market alignment and the potential to deliver qualified leads, new pipeline opportunities for our Sales organisation. • Co-create joint value propositions and campaign assets with partners, and execute integrated go-to-market plans that drive measurable demand. • Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing teams to fuel partner-sourced pipeline and support deal acceleration. • Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Finance to structure mutually beneficial and scalable partnership models. • Establish and track KPIs across partner-sourced pipeline, win rates, deal velocity, and customer retention. • Continuously optimize partner engagement based on performance insights, market feedback, and evolving priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in partner/channel management, business development, or agency ecosystem roles within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or CX platforms. • Demonstrated success in partner acquisition, co-selling, and pipeline/revenue generation. • Familiarity with how digital, performance, and creative agencies operate - including their business models, client acquisition methods, and service offerings. • Existing relationships within the North American agency landscape is a major plus. • Comfortable influencing across functions, aligning incentives, and navigating complex stakeholder environments. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
