📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for female users and healthcare professionals by phone and in writing • Understand and resolve technical and content-related questions • Consistently track bugs and issues through to resolution • Respond to user inquiries within 24 hours, including on weekends and public holidays • Use support tools such as Intercom efficiently • Make effective use of AI-powered tools in customer support • Identify opportunities to improve processes and proactively submit suggestions • Handle support cases independently and escalate or involve the team when necessary • Maintain an overview in complex cases • Participate in assessment centers, interview rounds, and the structured recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in direct customer support • Medical background • Experience with modern support tools such as Intercom • Experience with Microsoft Office and digital workflows • Interest in new technologies, particularly AI and AI-powered tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately • Technical aptitude • Willingness to quickly learn new topics and systems • Resilience under pressure and ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously • Fluent German and very good English skills • Willingness to travel for workations 3–4 times per year • Stable internet connection • Cover letter must begin with “Hey Gapcloser” • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays with reduced staffing, in coordination with the team • Availability to work full-time
