📋 Description

• Take diagnostic ownership of checkout funnel health and surface alerts, insights, and defects before they become business-critical • Lead root-cause investigations distinguishing engineering defects from user-behavior patterns • Communicate investigation findings clearly to relevant stakeholders • Support reporting to cross-functional teams and translate data into insights that improve authorization rate and conversion • Analyze authorization-rate, decline-code, and multi-PSP performance to identify high-impact funnel bottlenecks • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud on funnel issues and processor outages • Become a trusted point of contact for payment funnel health within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Payments funnel literacy: interchange, decline codes, FX, tokenization, 3DS, and fraud fundamentals • Demonstrated root-cause analysis on funnel drop-off or decline patterns, distinguishing technical from behavioral causes • Ability to translate complex data and customer-behavior insights for audiences without deep technical or domain context • Familiarity with self-serve BI/dashboard tools (nice-to-have) • SQL fluency for independent investigation (nice-to-have) • Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-changing or high-growth environment (nice-to-have) • Multi-PSP comparative analysis experience (nice-to-have) • Good English level required; proficiency preferred • Experience levels ranging from individual contributors to functional leaders considered
