📋 Description

• Run full-cycle, in-house recruitment for the firm • Manage inbound applications and agencies • Carry out direct sourcing and headhunting • Own the end-to-end hiring process across the investment team, sales, corporate and support functions • Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, competency frameworks, interview structure and calibration • Coordinate assessments across technical, functional and cultural criteria • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Structure candidate conversations and negotiations through offer and close • Lead direct sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn • Build and refine Boolean and X-Ray searches • Build and maintain live market maps • Maintain long-term talent pipelines • Conduct ongoing market research • Analyse recruitment KPIs and report on pipeline health, conversion, time-to-hire and source of hire • Keep ATS data accurate • Develop periodic leadership reports on hiring progress • Strengthen employer brand through content, referral programmes and candidate experience • Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR and internal hiring standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of recruitment experience, gained in an in-house team, in executive search, or in a specialist agency • Demonstrable experience recruiting into private equity or an adjacent alternative-assets environment • Direct-sourcing and headhunting background, with a track record of placing candidates found independently • Advanced, hands-on command of LinkedIn, including project management, Boolean and X-Ray search and pipeline reporting • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset • Confidence working with partners and senior hiring managers • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting • Rigorous approach to confidentiality and sound judgement when handling sensitive candidate and firm information • Existing right to work in the United Kingdom
