📋 Description

• Support the Americas regions as Tax Manager • Report to the Tax Director • Manage transfer pricing and agreements • Manage financing and repatriation • Support M&A, recaps, and new-country projects • Interface with Legal and Treasury • Develop employment tax and customs frameworks • Manage Americas and APAC tax outcomes and perform first review • Work with the Tax Director to implement global tax improvements and initiatives • Improve tax systems • Document tax processes • Deliver specific tax projects

🎯 Requirements

• Business or Accounting degree qualified • Holder of a recognised or professional account qualification, e.g. ACA and ACCA • Demonstrable Americas tax experience gained within either a top 10 accounting practice or an international business environment • Experience may include US, Canada, Mexico, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, etc. • Team player who continually finds new ways of improving efficiency and value • Detail and quality focused • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
