📋 Description

• Design the ServiceNow Managed Services and Tax go-to-market campaign strategy and program elements • Collaborate with Managed Services and Tax leadership and the Alliance team on relationship maps, cadence, governance, contracts, and resale • Identify target-account strategies with global and regional go-to-market leaders, Alliance Relationship Directors, sector leaders, and solution leaders • Develop campaign messaging and value propositions and secure Alliance alignment and buy-in • Work with Brand, Marketing, and Communications to develop sales collateral, marketing strategy, enablement materials, and events • Coordinate development of technical elements, including demos and other technology assets • Activate each region through internal and external awareness sessions • Engage regional ServiceNow go-to-market leaders to secure support and identify leaders to own the sales motion • Incubate target accounts and land sales motions with Alliance Client Executives • Provide early-stage big-deal presales support • Drive cadence with EY and ServiceNow executives and escalate issues as appropriate • Oversee campaign governance and sales/pipeline discipline from campaign stand-up through execution

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple activities and provide enablement across alliance partner management, business development, marketing, contract management, financial management, content management, governance oversight, and operational support • Understanding of ServiceNow solutions and relevant ServiceNow products and solutions for Managed Services and Tax • Experience in business development and/or alliance management for a technology or professional services company • Strong networking and influence management skills • Highly credible communication, organization, and project management skills • Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues • Experience and evidence of success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to work with diverse personalities, cultures, and working styles • Ability to escalate complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Role based in the UK or US • Some travel may be required
