📋 Description

• Serve as the tax lead for Hims & Hers' EMEA region. • Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions for EMEA entities under U.S. GAAP and local statutory standards. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of corporate income tax and indirect tax filings across multiple EMEA jurisdictions. • Assist with withholding taxes and tax registrations. • Support and manage tax audits, enquiries, and correspondence with local tax authorities. • Partner with U.S. tax, legal, and accounting teams on entity restructuring, transfer pricing documentation, and permanent establishment risks analysis. • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across the region and assess business impact. • Develop and implement tax-efficient structures for new business and existing EMEA operations. • Communicate status and issues to the Senior Manager, International Tax in the U.S. • Perform EMEA tax research and work with external advisers to support business initiatives. • Maintain tax compliance calendars and documentation for control and risk management. • Develop tax staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing training, and maintaining employee relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tax required. • At least 5 years’ experience in corporate tax gained within a multinational organisation or Big 4/public accounting environment. • Strong technical knowledge of EMEA direct and indirect tax rules, reporting obligations and tax accounting standards. • Familiarity with transfer pricing principles and international tax frameworks, including BEPS and Pillar Two. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with the U.S.-based tax team across time zones. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
