📋 Description

• Assist the SVP, Finance & Business Development in leading the new Office of the CFO department • Provide client-facing support • Make day-to-day leadership decisions • Achieve results through coaching and building talent • Successfully delegate authority and responsibilities • Inspire and sustain team unity and engagement • Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas • Demonstrate accountability for projects and programs from inception through completion • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team • Establish service excellence standards and accountability measures • Perform other job-related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience • CPA/CFA preferred • 8+ years of experience in healthcare finance with a focus on clinical and operational performance • 7+ years of leadership experience • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, financial/reimbursement issues, and medical center/medical staff organizations • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI • Working knowledge of Epic preferred • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
