📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Marketing organization. • Serve as the primary finance advisor to Marketing leadership. • Manage the end-to-end Marketing budget, including monthly close support and variance analysis. • Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). • Develop and maintain financial models to track Marketing spend effectiveness. • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build integrated models connecting activities to revenue. • Partner closely with Revenue Operations and Accounting. • Leverage AI tools to reduce manual reconciliation work and automate tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance • Significant experience in a business partnering role • Strong analytical and financial skills; proficient in forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides • Proficiency in using AI tools for to automate FP&A workflows • Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite) and marketing planning tools such as Allocadia or Uptempo, a plus.
