📋 Description

• Serve as the executive leader for large, complex healthcare partnerships. • Serve as a trusted executive advisor to CFOs and health system leaders, helping shape strategic and operational decisions. • Drive strategic initiatives that improve revenue cycle performance, patient financial experience, and operational outcomes. • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning efforts, and transformational initiatives across the revenue cycle. • Develop high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. • Influence enterprise-wide decisions through data, analytics, operational expertise, and trusted executive relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of proven executive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, with deep end-to-end expertise across Patient Access, HIM, Mid-Revenue Cycle, Denials, and Business Office functions. • 7 years of demonstrated success leading large, complex healthcare partnerships and organizations with comparable scale, scope, and financial accountability, including multi-site operations, significant net revenue oversight, or multiple client relationships. • Track record of driving measurable improvements in revenue cycle performance, operational efficiency, patient financial experience, and client satisfaction. • Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and experience leading large-scale transformation, change management, and performance improvement initiatives. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CRCR or related certification preferred.
