📋 Description

• Serve as a senior engineer and technical leader within Ensono Digital projects • Support a Tech Lead or Lead Consultant and own significant technical areas or subsystems • Work across the full project lifecycle • Collaborate with Ensono Digital colleagues and client stakeholders • Translate business requirements into technical designs • Deliver modern, cloud-native solutions using contemporary engineering practices • Maintain accountability for code quality, security, and engineering standards • Contribute to architectural discussions, discovery activities, and design reviews • Write integration and end-to-end tests • Contribute to Ensono Digital communities and share knowledge • Continuously develop skills and career as a senior consultant • Support team growth through collaboration and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering production-grade systems and taking ownership of technical outcomes within complex projects • Developing high-quality solutions using .NET (Core / modern .NET) • Building and operating systems on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS • Working with microservice and distributed architectures • Translating business requirements into well-defined designs and subsystem architectures • Writing integration and end-to-end tests, using approaches such as BDD where appropriate • Accountability for code quality, security, and engineering standards • Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills • Explaining solution purpose and design and technology choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Resolving technical challenges within complex delivery and taking responsibility for outcomes • Contributing to architectural discussions, discovery activities, and design reviews • Working effectively with AI-assisted development tools • Clear specifications, documentation, and fast feedback loops • Professional, proactive approach and strong collaboration skills
