📋 Description
• Execute Clean Earth’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) Capability • Develop and implement change management strategies • Work closely with leadership and project teams • Create change management deliverables (plans, communication strategies, training programs, etc.) • Identify and engage stakeholders • Analyze the potential impact of changes • Monitor progress and track metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of 7 years OCM experience • Formal OCM practitioner certification (i.e., Prosci, LaMarsh, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), etc.) • Ability to travel – up to 25%
