📋 Description

• Ensure that all enquiries received via email, website or marketing efforts are logged, acknowledged and responded to promptly. • Engage with potential clients to gather key information, qualify their requirements, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team (e.g. Sales, Land or Partnerships). • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional tone in all communications. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and smooth workflows. • Support the implementation of CRM improvements and help identify opportunities to streamline processes. • Support colleagues across the commercial team by assisting with follow-ups, meeting coordination, and documentation during busy periods or annual leave. • Actively identify and flag any potential leads or partnership opportunities that arise through inbound enquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• - Previous experience in sales support, customer service or administrative roles (or a relevant degree with strong communication and organisational skills). • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - confident speaking with clients by phone or email. • - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • - Experience with CRM systems (experience with Hubspot is a plus but not essential) and Microsoft 365. • - A collaborative, can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. • - An interest in the environment, sustainability or nature recovery.
