• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of EO's Chapter Officer Training and Development programs. • Develop and maintain a cohesive chapter officer development framework that aligns Chapter Officer Training, Leadership Summits, virtual learning opportunities, and supporting resources into a connected learning journey for chapter officers. • Establish frameworks, content standards, and learning outcomes for Leadership Summits that reinforce Chapter Officer Training and support ongoing officer development throughout the leadership journey. • Create and maintain training strategies that prepare chapter officers to successfully fulfill their responsibilities and support chapter officer readiness, effectiveness, and leadership growth. • Manage program budgets, timelines, deliverables, and operational plans associated with chapter officer development initiatives. • Identify opportunities to expand learning experiences, resources, and support mechanisms that strengthen chapter officer preparedness and performance. • Develop and maintain learning frameworks, curriculum structures, and training pathways for chapter officer roles. • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences. • Define learning objectives, desired outcomes, and development milestones for chapter officer training programs. • Partner with staff and member experts to create role-based learning journeys that combine operational knowledge, leadership skills, and practical application. • Ensure consistency and alignment across in-person training, virtual learning experiences, supporting resources, and future development initiatives. • Oversee the design, planning, and execution of EO's Chapter Officer Training experiences (in partnership with the Events team and other stakeholders), including programming delivered at the Global Leadership Conference (GLC). • Support the training of the Track teams (Staff leads, Facilitators, and SME’s) on successful preparation and creation of content for in-person and virtual Chapter Office Trainings. • Develop and coordinate virtual training programs, ongoing learning opportunities, and supporting resources for chapter officers, including monthly chair calls. • Partner with regional teams and other stakeholders to support the successful communication of officer development initiatives throughout the year. • Partner with staff experts, subject matter experts, facilitators and member leaders to guide the content development and logistics management aligned to content and training frameworks. • Manage the selection, onboarding, and preparation of facilitators and subject matter experts who lead the preparation and delivery of chapter officer training. • Partner, collaborate, and provide support to the functional staff leads in the development of content, management of Track Teams, and alignment to content standards. • Develop tools, resources, and support mechanisms that strengthen the effectiveness and consistency of Track Teams. • Develop and manage evaluation processes that measure participation, engagement, satisfaction, and learning outcomes. • Track and analyze chapter officer training metrics and year-over-year trends to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. • Create and manage surveys, feedback mechanisms, and assessment processes related to training and development initiatives. • Partner with regional leaders, Chapter Health, and Chapter Operations teams to understand emerging needs, best practices, and factors that contribute to successful chapter leadership. • Lead and support related COT member-led work groups and participate on the GLC Planning Committee to represent chapter officer training initiatives. • Collaborate with regional teams, member leaders, and staff stakeholders to ensure chapter officer development programs address evolving needs across the organization. • Work closely with Chapter Health to incorporate stage-based, best practices and supporting resources that contribute to healthy chapters. • Participate in other cross-functional initiatives that support chapter officer development. • Develop communications, presentations, updates, and supporting materials related to Chapter Officer Training and Development programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, training program management, association management, or a related field. • Experience developing and implementing learning strategies, training programs, leadership development initiatives, or adult learning experiences. • Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and competing priorities. • Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience working collaboratively with members, staff, and cross-functional teams. • Ability to analyze data, evaluate program effectiveness, and translate insights into actionable improvements. • Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact, diplomacy, and poise. • Exercises confidentiality and discretion. • Fluency in English. • Willing to travel internationally; duties of this position require travel approximately 15% of time. • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of a global constituency.
