• Manage end-to-end recruitment for laboratory-related roles (e.g., Lab Technicians, Chemists, Microbiologists, R&D Scientists, QA/Compliance staff, and Lab Managers). • Partner with hiring managers and/or client stakeholders to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles. • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and industry-specific channels. • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified laboratory professionals for current and future hiring needs. • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including talent sourcing, engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 + years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-4 years focused on laboratory or chemistry related hiring. • Proven ability to fill niche technical roles in life sciences, food safety, pharma, or related industries. • Strong knowledge of laboratory functions, terminology, and skill sets. • Demonstrated success with direct sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent sourcing tools). • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions in parallel.
