• Manage and grow a defined local territory • Identify high-potential businesses across hospitality, retail, and service sectors • Build and execute a structured weekly territory plan • Re-engage aged and unconverted leads • Convert opportunities missed by inside sales teams • Conduct face-to-face consultations, product demos, and sales meetings • Win new business across EPOS systems, integrated payments, and payment terminals • Generate your own pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, and canvassing • Identify and convert standalone terminal opportunities • Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close and go-live handover • Deliver engaging, consultative in-person demos • Maintain strong close rates and consistent monthly performance • Work closely with Inside Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams
• Proven field sales or face-to-face sales experience • Experience selling POS systems, payments, or merchant services • Strong track record of closing deals • Comfortable generating leads through in-person prospecting • Full UK driving licence • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
