📋 Description

• Provide support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company • Line manage assigned ICSR staff • Create and maintain project specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities • Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead • Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support • Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy • Involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases • Support other departments as approved by ICSR Operational Lead • Operate as the assigned team SME

🎯 Requirements

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare related qualification • 3-4 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including minimum 1 year in line manager role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organization skills, including attention to details and multitasking • Delegation skills • Planning and time management • Technical skills • Team working • English – fluent (spoken, written) • Advanced literacy (MS Office)
