📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned EWC and ENC esports tournaments and qualifiers from pre-event preparation through post-event wrap-up • Implement tournament rules, formats, and seeding systems in alignment with Product Management, clients, and publishers • Arrange staffing and setup for online tournaments and oversee their execution • Oversee on-site tournament execution, scheduling, referee coordination, and transitions between matches and stages • Serve as the central contact for publishers, referees, and internal stakeholders during tournament execution • Support Integrity & Governance processes, fair play, and competitive-incident handling • Maintain tournament documentation, results, and reports • Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement on-site solutions during crises • Collaborate with Player Management, Production, Project, Product, IT, and other departments on logistics, scheduling, match timing, broadcast data, event preparation, and progression • Provide post-tournament evaluations and recommendations for improvement • Contribute to the evolution of EWC and ENC tournament standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in tournament operations, esports management, or live-event production • Strong understanding of competitive structures, esports ecosystems, publisher relationships, and integrity procedures/referee management/dispute resolution • Experience handling tournaments in an online environment and managing tournament schedules, rulebooks, and live-stage execution • Excellent communication and decision-making skills • Ability to stay calm under pressure • Proficiency in tournament management platforms • Detail-oriented and structured • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tournaments or titles • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus • Willingness to travel internationally and work extended periods and hours on-site during events
