📋 Description

• Introduce, continuously develop, and operate AI platforms and AI services • Evaluate new technologies, capabilities, and integrations and translate them into sustainable platform strategies • Ensure the AI landscape remains secure, scalable, and future-ready • Design governance frameworks, role and permission models, and technical guardrails for AI use • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders to introduce AI capabilities responsibly • Assess platforms, integrations, and AI services for risk, compliance, and technical feasibility • Own AI-related challenges and business requirements • Analyze requirements, develop recommendations, and drive initiatives through implementation • Support business teams in adopting AI effectively and securely • Act as a technical sparring partner for Business, Security, and Engineering • Contribute to integrations, automation initiatives, architecture concepts, and platform solutions when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience building, operating, or evolving platforms, cloud solutions, or technical services • Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and ecosystems, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Azure AI, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or comparable technologies • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and role-based access concepts • Familiarity with security, governance, and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment • Ability to structure, evaluate, and communicate technical decisions effectively • Ability to work independently, pragmatically, and with a strong solution-oriented mindset • Comfortable bringing structure to complex or ambiguous topics and driving them forward • Confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Residency in Germany required
