⢠You have 5+ years of experience in analytics, data, or performance marketing, ideally within DTC or ecommerce environments ⢠You demonstrate a proven ability to translate data into business impact and decision-making, leveraging modern tools and AI where relevant ⢠You have experience working with analytics and data tools (e.g. SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar) ⢠You have experience with attribution, incrementality and performance analysis across channels ⢠You have a strong understanding of eCommerce / DTC metrics (conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, etc.) ⢠You show strong interest and experience in AI, automation and new technologies, with a hands-on mindset to test and implement new solutions ⢠You have experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), which is a plus ⢠You bring a hands-on, pragmatic and performance-driven mindset ⢠You are fluent in English and German.
