• Standardization and harmonization of existing sales processes for inside and field sales • Optimization of end-to-end processes to reduce cycle times, error rates, and costs • Development of a unified process landscape for field sales, key account management, and private customers — to maximize efficiency and flexibility • Professional project management for rollouts and automations, particularly in the proprietary system and Salesforce • Close collaboration with Sales, sales controlling analysts, IT, and other departments
• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in process and/or project management, ideally in a sales environment (at least 3–5 years) • Solid knowledge in modeling and optimizing business processes (end-to-end) • Experience with CRM and workflow systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style • Strong communication and facilitation skills and a high degree of assertiveness
