• Responsible for effectively managing the daily operation of the business unit • Ensures customer and client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner • Works in collaboration with Director and Account Management team • Manages the performance of individuals to create/maintain a high-performance team • Oversees allocation of resources and staff • Analyzes, researches, and identifies team service issues

• Demonstrated Leadership Skills • People and Organizational Development • Relationship Management and Influencing Skills • Entrepreneurial Perspective • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Planning/Organizing and Implementation Global mindset • Knowledge of International Assignment Management (e.g., expatriate management expertise preferred) • Technical knowledge of compensation deliverables as part of a client’s International Assignment Programme preferred
